In this paper boronitriding a method of chemical heat treatment was used to change the chemical composition of the surface layer of carbon steel and cast iron improve the structure of the surface layer and increase the electrode potential so as to obtain the acid-resistant corrosion layer.Through a series of heat treatment process acid corrosion resistance test and metallographic analysis the best boronitriding agent formulation and treatment process were determined.When the flake graphite size of gray cast iron is less than grade 4 the acid corrosion resistance of gray cast iron can be significantly improved by boronitriding.Ordinary carbon steel after treatment at room temperature can withstand different concentrations of hydrochloric acid sulfuric acid corrosion.Therefore under appropriate conditions it can be used to replace some stainless steel and save the rare nickel-chromium alloy.

本文通过化学热处理的方法——硼氮共渗,来改变碳钢与铸铁表层的化学成份,改善表层的组织结构和提高电极电位,从而获得耐酸腐蚀层。通过一系列热处理工艺,耐酸腐蚀试验和金相分析,确定了最佳的硼氮共渗剂配方及处理工艺。灰口铸铁的片状石墨尺寸小于四级时,硼氮共渗可显著提高其耐酸腐蚀性能;普通碳钢处理后,在常温下,能承受不同浓度的盐酸、硫酸的腐蚀。因此,在适当条件下,可用它来代替部分不锈钢,节约稀贵的镍铬合金.
