<正> (一)前言高同轴度、高精度套筒的双头孔、特别是双头盲孔的加工,目前国内尚缺少适当的加工设备,虽然通过改变零件的结构可以用通磨或深孔磨削来解决,也只能加工通孔,且孔径受磨头尺寸的制约,生产率也不够高,对于有些必须要求是盲孔结构的套筒零件也就无法利用上述途径加工了:当前外表为园柱面的零件,用已磨出的高精度外表面,在V形块夹具上调头磨削的工艺(有的还配合人工研磨)一直占主导地位,如精密机床
