提出了新一代喹诺酮类抗菌药氧氟沙星的高效液相色谱分析方法。以H3PO4-NH4H2PO4缓冲溶液(内加离子对试剂四乙基溴化铵)和甲醇为流动相,在ODS柱上成功地对氧氟沙星进行了分析。方法重现性好,氧氟沙星的相对偏差小于0.58%,回收率大于99.30%。

The high -efficiency liquid chromatography analysis method of the new generation of ninosone antibacterial antibiotics is proposed. Taking H3PO4 -NH4H2PO4 buffer solution (ionic ionic four ethyl (ammonium bromide) and methanol as the flowing phase, it successfully analyzed Positive Floxacin on the ODS column. The method of reappearing is good. The relative deviation of Vinkin is less than 0.58 %, and the recovery rate is greater than 99.30 %.
