摘要:
分析了数控仿形运动的基本特征,指出了影响仿形加工稳定性和精度的主要因素,提出了两种实用的控制方法。实验证明,这两种控制方法有效地提高了数控仿形加工的稳定性和精度,同时也提高了数控仿形加工的效率。
Abstract:
The basic characteristics of the CNC imitation motion were analyzed, and the main factors affecting the stability and accuracy of imitation processing processing were pointed out, and two practical control methods were proposed. Experiments have shown that these two control methods effectively improve the stability and accuracy of CNC imitation processing, and also improve the efficiency of CNC imitation processing.
