摘要:
有限元结构分析通用软件已普遍应用于机械产品的分析计算,在进行动力分析计算时,研究对象的模型简化、网络剖分以及某些参数的输入十分关键.总结了各种类型机械产品的工程实例计算中的经验,指出使用通用软件进行频率求解、动力响应分析、稳定性分析以及接触应力分析时应注意的问题,并给出边界元的简化方法以及参数输入的技巧.
Abstract:
The general software of finite element structure analysis has been widely used in the analysis and calculation of mechanical products, and the model simplification, network segmentation and input of certain parameters of the research object are very critical when performing dynamic analysis calculation. This paper summarizes the experience in the calculation of engineering examples of various types of mechanical products, points out the problems that should be paid attention to when using general software for frequency solving, dynamic response analysis, stability analysis and contact stress analysis, and gives simplified methods for boundary elements and parameter input skills.
