摘要:
端粒酶被认为是恶性肿瘤诊断和治疗的新耙标,对端粒酶有强抑制活性的对羟基苯甲酸-4-β-D-2’,3’,4’,6’-四乙酰葡萄糖甙-1-D-2’,3’,4’,6’- 四乙酰葡萄糖酯的合成进行了研究.通过采用丙酮法和相转移催化进行比较,可知相转移催化法收率更高,以葡萄糖计总收率可达到21%.所得的产物结构经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱所证实.
Abstract:
Telomerase is considered to be a new rake for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors, and the synthesis of parahydroxybenzoic acid-4-β-D-2’,3’,4’,6’-tetraacetylglucoside-1-D-2’,3’,4’,6’-tetraacetylglucosate with strong inhibitory activity on telomerase has been studied. By comparing acetone method and phase transfer catalysis, it can be seen that the yield of phase transfer catalysis is higher, and the total yield of glucose can reach 21%.
