摘要:
以六氟丙烯(HFP)为原料,分子氧为氧化剂,于固定床反应装置上研究了六氟环氧丙烷(HFPO)合成反应.在浸渍法制备的质量分数为10%的Ag/γ-Al2O3催化剂上获得六氟环氧丙烷42%的选择性,考查了第一主族金属盐对催化剂进行改性后的结果,使HFP转化率和HFPO选择性均得到提高,并对催化剂失活原因进行了检测和分析.
Abstract:
The synthesis of hexafluoropropylene oxide which uses HFP as raw materials and molecular oxygenas oxidant is studied in packed bed reactor. The selectivity of HFP0 in the mass fraction 10% Ag/y-Al,0, cat-alyst prepared by impregnation is 42% . We examined the effect of the 10% Ag/y-Al, 0, catalyst modified bythe first main group metal salts on the synthesis reaction , and both the conversion of HFP and HFPO selectivitywere improved ,and the reasons for catalyst deactivation was analyzed.
