摘要:
针对环氧沥青在混凝土桥面铺装材料中的应用,制备了环氧沥青,研究了不同树脂掺量对环氧沥青结合料黏度特性、高低温性能及环氧沥青混合料力学性能、低温抗裂性和高温稳定性的影响.结果表明,环氧树脂的掺入可以改善沥青混合料的路用性能和力学性能,随着掺量的增加,环氧沥青的固化反应进程加快,高温性能和抗疲劳性能增强,劲度模量变大,蠕变速率减小,低温抗裂性降低,沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能和高温稳定性提高;综合分析,30%为环氧树脂的最佳掺量.
Abstract:
Aiming at the application of epoxy asphalt in concrete bridge pavement, epoxy asphalt was prepared. The effects of different resin content on viscosity, high and low temperature properties of epoxy asphalt bond, mechanical properties, low temperature crack resistance and high temperature stability of epoxy asphalt mixture were studied.The results show that the addition of epoxy resin can improve the road performance and mechanical properties of asphalt mixture. With the increase of the addition amount, the curing reaction process of epoxy asphalt is accelerated, the high temperature performance and fatigue resistance are enhanced, the stiffness modulus is increased, the creep rate is decreased, the low temperature crack resistance is decreased, and the fatigue resistance and high temperature stability of asphalt mixture are improved.By comprehensive analysis,30% is the best dosage of epoxy resin.
