采用脱铁铁蛋白为生物模板,以硝酸钴和硫酸亚铁铵为原材料,利用硼氢化钠为还原剂合成了蛋白质包覆的铁钴纳米材料,并通过透射电子显微镜、EDS能谱分析、电子衍射和紫外光谱分析对制得的样品进行了表征.实验结果表明,采用脱铁铁蛋白生物模板制备的铁钴复合纳米颗粒为无定型的非晶体,具有高度的单分散性,其直径大约为5 ~7 nm,粒径分布较为均匀,且研究结果进一步表明了脱铁铁蛋白是一种良好的制备纳米材料的模板.

Fe-Co composited nanoparticles were synthesized by using apoferritin as a biological template ,Co(NO3)2·6H,0,Fe(NH4)2( SO4)2·6H,0 and NaBH, as the reactants.The prepared nanoparticles werefurther characterized by TEM,EDS and UV-visble spectroscopy. Experimental results show that iron-cobaltcomposite nanoparticles that use apoferritin as a biological template for the preparation are amorphous non-crystalline and highly monodisperse. They are about 5 ~ 7 nm in diameter and the distribution of their particlesize is relatively uniform. The result of the study is a further indication that the apoferritin is a good templatefor preparing nanomaterials.
