摘要:
结合电网发展规律,从电网发展自身条件及外部因素限制选取影响电网发展的相关指标,并从电网长期发展的角度,考虑能源、环境、土地等资源对电网发展的制约,提出创新型指标;考虑指标之间的相互联系与相互制约,运用网络层次分析法对电网发展现状及发展空间进行诊断,并建立了相应的诊断模型.通过对算例的诊断结果可知,该诊断模型可以引导地区电源发展方向,优化能源结构,发现电网发展薄弱环节,评估电网发展空间,把握发展方向,是一种合理并可行的新型电网发展诊断方法.
Abstract:
Followed the development law of power grid, the related index of the power grid development based on its own conditions and external factors to establish the diagnosis model by using ANP. By considering the energy, environment put forward, land and other resources on the development of power grid constraints, we innovative index was from the perspective of long-term development of the power grid. Considering the mutual connection and restriction between those indexes, use the model to diagnose the present situation and development space of the power grid development. Based on the example of diagnosis, the diagnosis model could guide the development direction of regional power supply, optimize energy structure, find the weak link in the development of power grid, evaluate the development space of grid, and grasp the development direction. It was a reasonable and feasible new type of power grid development diagnostic method.
