摘要:
以拉美公式为基础,建立渐开线齿轮与轴过盈装配后接触面压力、齿轮径向位移与不发生塑性变形时的最大过盈量的解析模型,并得到过盈配合齿形变化量的计算公式.采用有限元方法对接触应力、径向位移进行了仿真计算并得到了齿轮接触应力与径向位移的分布云图,验证了解析式的正确性,并在此基础上利用Matlab GUI 开发过盈装配应力应变计算系统.同时,基于过盈装配系统研究了摩擦系数、过盈量等过盈配合参数对径向位移和接触面应力的影响,研究结果表明:在过盈装配中,径向移动位移量随摩擦系和过盈量的增加而增大,过盈量随着摩擦系数的增大而减小;最大接触应力随着摩擦系数的增大而减小,随着过盈量的增加而增大
Abstract:
In order to study the influence of shaft-gear interference fit on tooth profile, the calculation model of the tooth deformation was proposed by combining the shaft-gear interference which based on Lame equation and involute equation was established by finite element method in this paper. At the same time, the corresponding calculation program was compiled based on MATLAB, and the influence of the friction coefficient, interference and other parameters on the radial displacement of the gear tooth shape was studied. The results showed that the radial deformation of the gear increased with the increase of the friction coefficient and interference, and decreased with the increase of the number of teeth.
