本文按照玻璃体结构“网络——晶子”学说,建立了钙镁磷肥玻璃体结构模型及其数学表达式。并提出以玻璃结构因子(Ob/Yb)来计算玻璃网络大小。利用电子计算机计算了国内、外722个钙镁磷肥试样的玻璃结构因子,研制成“熔点——玻璃结构因子”配料图(T3—Ob/Yb图)。利用这种新的配料方法,对中国种类繁多的磷矿做出了合理利用配料方案。实验室及工业试验表明,新的配料方法有利于中、低品位磷矿及某些工业废渣的合理利用,有利于提高产品质量,增加盈利。通过化学分析、偏光显微镜照像、电子显微镜扫描、X——射线衍射分析,以及大量工厂数据的电算分析,初步证实了利用玻璃结构因子进行钙镁磷肥配料的正确性。著者认为在许多国家利用当地资源生产“磷—钾—微量元素”系复合肥料是有意义的。而Ob/Yb配料法有助于世界上广泛分布的中、低品位磷矿、难溶性低品位钾矿的合理利用。
Abstract:
In this paper, the vitreous structure model of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and its mathematical expression are established according to the theory of "network - crystal".The glass structure factor (Ob/Yb) is proposed to calculate the glass network size.The glass structure factors of 722 samples of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer at home and abroad were calculated by electronic computer, and the "melting point - glass structure factor" composition chart (T3-OB /Yb chart) was developed.Using this new method, the rational use of the ingredients for various phosphate ores in China has been made.Laboratory and industrial tests show that the new batching method is beneficial to the rational utilization of medium and low grade phosphate rock and some industrial wastes, and is beneficial to improving product quality and increasing profit.Through chemical analysis, polarizing microscope image, electron microscope scanning, X-ray diffraction analysis and computer analysis of a large number of factory data, the correctness of using glass structure factor in the composition of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer was confirmed.The author believes that it is meaningful to use local resources to produce "phosphorus - potassium - trace element" compound fertilizer in many countries.Ob/Yb dosing method is helpful to the rational utilization of medium and low grade phosphate ore and insoluble low grade potassium ore widely distributed in the world.
