摘要:
研究了基于原型的设计方法,考虑到机械设计的复杂性,提出了原型的五元组表达模型,即原型样图、属性、联接元、转换规则、原型标志.在模型中引入了图形元素,使原型的表达包含了丰富的信息;提出了基于原型的设计流程,即从简单的设计目标开始,通过设计要求分解器,将有关设计目标约束的信息输出到设计原型推理机1,原型推理机1从原型库选择合适的设计原型,并翻译成原型样图,送到原型推理机2,原型推理机2对精化的原型事例进行评价,进行必要的完善、修改,产生设计结果.这样逐层展开设计,所传递的信息量越来越大,解决了智能CAD技术中
Abstract:
The prototype-based design method is studied, and considering the complexity of mechanical design, a five-tuple expression model of prototype is proposed, namely prototype mockup, attributes, joiners, transformation rules, and prototype flags. Graphic elements are introduced into the model, so that the expression of the prototype contains a wealth of information; The prototype-based design process is proposed, that is, starting from a simple design goal, through the design requirements decomposer, the information about the constraints of the design target is output to the design prototype inference machine 1, the prototype inference machine 1 selects the appropriate design prototype from the prototype library, and translates it into a prototype drawing, and sends it to the prototype inference machine 2, and the prototype inference machine 2 evaluates the refined prototype cases, makes necessary improvements and modifications, and produces design results. In this way, the design is carried out layer by layer, and the amount of information transmitted is increasing, which solves the problem of intelligent CAD technology
