以聚醚砜超滤膜为支撑膜,通过界面聚合方法制备出一种对染料具有良好脱盐性能的纳滤膜.实验以二甲酚橙/NaCl/水混合体系中的NaCl与二甲酚橙分离为研究对象,采用均匀设计方法安排实验,用SPSS软件处理数据得出了回归方程,然后通过对回归方程计算与进一步实验得出:当聚环氧氯丙烷胺与2,5-二氨基苯磺酸在无机相中质量分数分别为0.68%与0.4%,均苯三甲酰氯在有机相中的质量分数为0.4%,界面聚合时间为2.5 min时,膜对NaCl与二甲酚橙的分离因子可达到16.在优化条件下,实验考察了膜对二甲酚橙与4种无机
Abstract:
Using polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane as the support membrane, a nanofiltration membrane with good salt removal performance for dyes was prepared by interfacial polymerization. The experiment took the separation of NaCl and xylenol orange in the xylenol orange/NaCl/water mixed system as the research object, arranged the experiment by uniform design method, processed the data with SPSS software to obtain the regression equation, and then calculated the regression equation and further experiments: when the mass fractions of polyepoxypropaneamine and 2,5-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid in the inorganic phase were 0.68% and 0.4%, the mass fraction of benzotricarbonyl chloride in the organic phase was 0.4%, and the interfacial polymerization time was 2.5 At min, the separation factors of NaCl and xylenol orange in the membrane could reach 16.
