摘要:
收集全国各地冷轧扭钢筋拉伸件1627根,经统计分析发现冷轧扭钢筋强度偏高、延性损失较多。同时通过600多根不同加工参数的冷轧扭钢筋的材料拉伸试验研究,提出了较优化的加工参数,以提高冷轧扭钢筋砼结构(构件)的变形性能。有关成果已被《冷轧扭钢筋砼结构技术规程》吸收。
Abstract:
Collecting 1627 cold -rolled -twisted steel stretch parts across the country. After statistical analysis, it was found that the strength of cold -rolled twisted reinforced steel and more delay losses. At the same time, through more than 600 different processing parameters of cold -rolled twisting steel bars, the material stretching test research was proposed to improve the deformation performance of the cold -rolled reinforced concrete structure (component). The results have been absorbed by the "Technical Regulations of Cold -Rolling Twim Reinforcement Connection."
