摘要:
针对目前弓形折流板管壳式换热器采用分布阻力、容积多孔度等概念来计算壳程流体流动的方法,根据纵流壳程换热器的结构特点和流动特点,探讨了大型纵流壳程换热器数值模拟的简化计算问题,提出了几何原型周期段模型简化计算法和四管模型简化计算法,以解决大型纵流壳程换热器数值模拟问题.并应用本文提出的简化计算法,应用通用CFD软件F LUENT对纵流壳程换热器不同结构参数时的流动与传热进行了数值模拟,得到了换热器流场与温度场的细观信息,为纵流壳程换热器的结构优化设计和开发新颖换热器提供了依据.
Abstract:
Aiming at the current method of calculating shell-level fluid flow in bow-shaped baffle plate shell-and-tube heat exchanger using the concepts of distribution resistance and volumetric porosity, according to the structural characteristics and flow characteristics of longitudinal shell-range heat exchanger, the simplified calculation problem of numerical simulation of large-scale longitudinal shell-length heat exchanger was discussed, and the simplified calculation method of geometric prototype periodic segment model and four-tube model were proposed to solve the numerical simulation problem of large-scale longitudinal shell-range heat exchanger. Applying the simplified calculation method proposed in this paper, the general CFD software F LUENT is used to numerically simulate the flow and heat transfer of different structural parameters of the longitudinal shell heat exchanger, and the mesoscopic information of the flow field and temperature field of the heat exchanger is obtained, which provides a basis for the structural optimization design and development of novel heat exchangers for the longitudinal flow shell heat exchanger.
