摘要:
煤炭自燃是煤矿开采业面临的一个严重问题.阻化剂防灭火技术是抑制煤炭自燃的重要方法之一.为寻找高效阻化剂以阻止煤炭自热引燃,对CaCl, MgCl, , NaCl及复合阻化剂进行研究,通过双氧水氧化升温实验和活化能实验,考察阻化剂的阻化效果.实验结果表明:4种阻化剂均为煤炭自燃有效阻化剂,其中复合阻化剂的阻化效果最好.复合阻化剂无毒无害,使用方便.
Abstract:
Coal spontaneous combustion is a serious problem for coal mining industry. The use of inhibitor toprevent coal spontaneous combustion is one important measure. To identify a high efficient inhibitor to sup-press the self-heating and spontaneous ignition of coal, the inhibiting effect of CaCl, inhibitor and MgCl, inhib-itor,NaCl inhibitor,combined inhibitor was investigated by H202 oxidation test and activation energy test.The results show that each of four inhibitors is efficient and the combined inhibitor is best for preventing coalspontaneous combustion. In addition,the combined inhibitor is nonpoisonous and convenient in use.
