参数估计理论是统计决策理论的一个重要内容，本文工作是将著名统计学家Ｋａｒｌｉｎ［１］关于截断型分布族下参数估计可容许性的有关结果推广到α＜０的情形。并给出在经济学中有广泛应用的Ｐａｒｅｔｏ分布族中参数θ和θ２的可容许的Ｍｉｎｉｍａｘ估计。

Parameter estimation theory is an important part of statistical decision -making theory. The work of this article is to promote the relevant results of the well -known statisticians Karlin [1] about the relevant results of the parameter estimation of the intercepted distribution family to α <0. And give an accurate MINIMAX estimate of parameter θ and θ2 in the Pareto distribution family in economics.
