运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)层合板在低速冲击作用下的响应进行了模拟,研究了冲击过程中随着冲击能量的增大、层内最大应力随之增大的现象。实验利用光纤光栅(FBG)传感器受到应力作用后光栅中心波长随应力增大而增大的特性,对埋有FBG传感器三维CFRP层合板进行低速冲击响应监测实验,并对解调仪采集的中心波长值进行分析,得到冲击能量与中心波长偏移峰值的关系。实验结果表明:埋有CFRP层合板中的FBG传感器能准确捕捉到瞬间冲击信号,并且FBG传感器中心波长偏移峰值能反映冲击能量的大小,随着冲击能量增大,中心波长偏移峰值偏大,层内最大应力也随之增大。
Abstract:
In this paper, ABAQUS was used to simulate the response of carbon fiber composite laminates under low velocity impact. It was found that the increase od the impact energy, the maximum stress of each layer incread. By using the characteristic that the center wavelengths of FBG sensors to monitor the response of low velocity impact. By  analyzing the center wavelength captured by optic fiber grating demodulator, the relationship between the impact energy and the peak wavelength shift of sensors was found. Experimental results showed that, the embedded FBG sensors were able to accurately capture the transient impact signal and the peak wavelength shift of sensors could determine the size of the impact energy. With the increase of the impact energy, the peak wavelenght shift increase as well as the maximum stress of layer.
