构建了装载机工作装置载荷测试系统,以预处理后销轴载荷为数据样本,提出一种基于中心极限定理的样本长度确定方法,并探讨了样本长度变化对载荷均幅值分布模型预估参数的影响。结果表明:提出的载荷样本长度确定方法避免了谱密度法的数据饱和现象以及趋势线拟合法对拟合模型的依赖性。在置信度0.95和统计误差为0.05时,得到了测试物料工况下载荷均幅值分布估计参数达到稳定时的临界样本数为48斗,低于临界样本数时估计参数变化波动明显,高于临界值开始趋于稳定。本方法具有可信度高、试验成本低和工作量小的优点,为装载机工作装置载荷测试样本长度的确定提供了重要参考依据。
Abstract:
The load measuring system of the loader working device was constructed and the pin-shaft pretreatment load was used as the sample data. The sample length determination method based on central limit theorem was proposed, and the influence of sample length variation on the parameters of load mean amplitude distribution model was discussed. The results show that the proposed method could avoid the data saturation of the spectral density method and the dependence of the trend line fitting method on the model. When the confidence level was 0.95 and the statistical error was 0.05, the critical sample number was 48. The estimated parameters of the distribution model have obvious fluctuation when the number of samples was lower than the critical value. It tends to be stable when the sample number was higher than the critical value. This method had the advantages of high reliability, low test cost and small workload, which could provide an important reference for load measuring of the loader working device.
