Applying the principles of econometrics and labor economics theory, an simultaneous model of multiple equations is established to describe urban labor and employment demand, estimate model parameters, test relevant hypotheses, and quantify economic relations. In this way, we can not only analyze the qualitative prescriptiveness of economic laws, but also grasp economic laws from the perspective of quantitative prescriptiveness and the combination of quality and quantity, so as to provide a reference basis for the analysis of urban labor supply and demand, employment structure adjustment and the formulation of countermeasures to expand employment.
