摘要:
将EUCLID软件系统应用于玻壳的生产,根据生产特点,研究了如何利用CAD系统建立玻壳模具数据库,利用CAM自动生成数据加工程序,以及利用CAE软件对模具内腔冷却系统及高温成型状态下温度场进行分析,从而预测出设计中潜在的缺陷,生产出符合工业要求的模具.实践证明,CAD/CAM系统实用而有效,而CAE系统软件还有待进一步研究.
Abstract:
The EUCLID software system is applied to the production of glass shell, according to the production characteristics, how to use CAD system to establish glass shell mold database, use CAM to automatically generate data processing programs, and use CAE software to analyze the mold cavity cooling system and temperature field under high temperature forming state, so as to predict potential defects in the design and produce molds that meet industrial requirements. The practice has proved that the CAD/CAM system is practical and effective, while the CAE system software needs further research.
