摘要:
采用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)作为装配式桥墩拼接段的灌注材料,可以利用其良好的力学性能和工作性能提高施工速度,发挥装配式的优势。本文结合实际工程,对采用UHPC材料连接的装配式桥墩和整体现浇桥墩进行了有限元分析,对两种类型桥墩的抗震性能进行了研究,表明采用UHPC材料连接的装配式桥墩与整体现浇桥墩的破坏过程和破坏形态相近,在设计时应加强装配式桥墩立柱标准段下部与变截面连接部位的抗震性能;采用UHPC材料连接的装配式桥墩的滞回性能、水平等效刚度、耗能性能、残余位移等与整体现浇桥墩基本一致,满足桥梁的抗震要求。
Abstract:
In order to study the seismic performance of the prefabricated pier connected by Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC), according to the practical engineering,the finite element model of the prefabricated pier connected by UHPC and the cast-in-place pier have been established by ABAQUS, the seismic performance of the prefabricated pier connected by UHPC and the cast-in-place pier were analyzed. The results showed that the failure process and failure form of the prefabricated pier connected by UHPC were similar to that of the cast-in-place pier, and the seismic performance of the joint between the prefabricated pier bottom and the variable section part should be strengthened. The hysteretic behavior, horizontal equivalent stiffness, energy dissipation, and residual displacement of the prefabricated pier connected by UHPC were basically consistent with the cast-in-place pier, which could satisfy the seismic requirements of the bridge. So UHPC could be used as the filling material for the prefabricated pier joints, which could improve the construction speed by using its good mechanical properties and working performance, thus it could exert the advantages of prefabricated construction technology.
