本文以圆褐固氮菌为出发菌株，经紫外线诱变处理，获得两株最高正变株，其固氮能力较出发菌株分别提高１１２．４７％和１１０．７９％；对其用酸碱及温度继续处理，得到一株抗性变异株，其固氮能力较出发菌株分别提高４５８．６５％。

This article uses round brown nitrogen as the starting strain, which is treated with ultraviolet mutagneity and obtained two maximum positive variable plants. The nitrogen fixation capacity increases by 112.47 % and 110.79 % compared with the starting strains; the nitrogen fixation capacity is increased by 458.65 respectively from the departure strains, respectively. %.
