摘要:
本文在分析热电偶测温特点的基础上,指出了冷端温度补偿是实现高精度热电偶测温不可忽视的关键技术,并着重分析了用集成温度传感器精密测量冷端温度的电路及实现补偿的方法,由此,可大大提高测温精度。
Abstract:
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of thermocouple temperature measurement, this article pointed out that cold -end temperature compensation is a key technology that achieves high -precision thermocouple temperature testing. It also focuses on analyzing the circuit with precision measuring cold -end temperature and compensation with integrated temperature sensors. Therefore, it can greatly improve the precision of temperature measurement.
