摘要:
数控磨击机修形算法设计的难点是齿根、齿顶的修形算法的实现。本文介绍两种常用修形工艺,直线修形、圆弧修形实现的算法,该算法已在YK7163数控磨击机中得到应用。
Abstract:
The difficulty of the design of the CNC grinding machine is the implementation of the shape of the roots and the top of the tooth. This article introduces the two commonly used shape repair processes, the algorithm implemented in linear repair and arc fixation. The algorithm has been applied in the YK7163 CNC grinding machine.
